General Terms and Conditions
PARTIES INVOLVED
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "Conditions") are established between [Name of the Legal Entity of the Accommodation], hereinafter referred to as the "Provider", and the customer purchasing the services offered by the Provider.
DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
The Provider offers accommodation services at [Description of the Accommodation or Property], including [Details about the Accommodation Features, Amenities, Location, etc.]. The service may also include additional services as agreed between the Provider and the client.
COLLECTION OF THE RESERVATION
All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid customer credit card at the time of booking and during the stay, unless otherwise stated.
A) Standard fare: The customer's card will be charged 50% of the total amount of the booking at the time of booking and the remaining 25% 7 days and 25% remaining 1 day before the date of arrival/check-in.
B) Non-refundable fare: The customer's card will be charged 100% of the total booking amount at the time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
On the day of check-in, an amount of 250€ will be withheld from the client's credit card as a security deposit. In case of non-compliance with the rules or damage to the property, the owner reserves the right to charge a partial or total amount of the deposit. If there is no problem, the money will be released without any charge.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation by the customer:
A) Standard Conditions of Sale: Cancellations requested by the client, 7 days prior to arrival/check-in date, will receive a full refund of the amount charged up to the time of the request.
Cancellations requested by the client, less than 7 days prior to arrival/check-in date, will not be refunded.
B) Non-cancellable/Refundable Conditions of Sale: In case of cancellation by the customer, no refund will be made.
NO-SHOW: In case of no-show, no refunds will be made.
Cancellation by the supplier: In case of exceptional situations, such as unforeseen repairs or force majeure circumstances, the Supplier may cancel the booking and refund the full amount.
MODIFICATION POLICY
For any modification concerning the number of guests, or the dates of stay, the customer should contact the supplier directly by telephone or e-mail, we will try to satisfy you according to our availabilities.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE POLICY
- ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN: The room is available from 16:00, except in case of early check-in.
- CHECK-OUT: Room must be vacated by 11:00 a.m., except in case of late check-out (additional charges may apply).
OCCUPANCY AND GUEST LIMIT
- There can be no more guests than allowed in the reservation.
- Additional guests can only be accommodated with prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.
NOISE AND NUISANCE
- Respect the hours of silence between 22:00 and 8:00.
- Avoid excessive noise that may disturb neighbours or other guests.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited without the prior consent of the supplier/owner/manager.
SMOKING POLICY
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property.
- Designated smoking areas, if available, should be used, and proper disposal of cigarette butts is required.
PET POLICY
- Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated otherwise or with the prior approval of the accommodation.
- Guests with approved pets must ensure that their animals are well behaved, properly supervised and do not cause damage to the property.
DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
- Report any damage or breakage to the accommodation immediately.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
- The provider is not responsible for accidents, injuries or loss of belongings that occur during the guest's stay.
COMMON SPACES
- Respecting the good use of the parking space (using the assigned parking space).
- Do not block the lift(s).
- Respect the opening and closing times of the swimming pools.
- Keep pets under control at all times.
SECURITY AND ACCESS
- Keep the reserved property secure by ensuring that doors and windows are locked when not in use.
- Do not allow unauthorised persons access to the property.
- Return all keys, access cards or remote controls at the time of departure.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
- Guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules during their stay.
- Any illegal activity or violation may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- These rules are intended to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests.
- Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.
